Learning to learn better with Syntea

This AI tool is supposed to guide me, teach me, and help me whenever I want - it is simply beyond belief!

I am Parag Chitale , studying MBA at IU International University of Applied Sciences in Berlin. I was introduced to Syntea through the social media channels of IU, and it sounded interesting: an AI that is focused on guiding students through their studies! Being a Computer Engineer, Communication Designer, and Design Educator, the possibility of using a conversational AI teaching assistant was exciting.

I want to state one thing honestly, I was a little sceptical about depending so much on digital tools, especially AI. Maybe it’s my own limitation but I grew up reading printed books and studying with physical note taking so I had this absolute belief that I didn’t need excessive help from a new digital tool.

My first interaction with Syntea was during one of my self-study sessions for the International Marketing course. With a hint of superiority complex I decided to test if AI truly is helpful. I started asking questions about the topics that I found interesting and with a very capable knowledge base, Syntea not only answered my questions but also directed me to read related topics from the coursebook.

The helping hand of Syntea suddenly did not feel like a crutch, but a real support. The pre-assessment feature has helped me understand what topics I needed to focus more on and how I could get deeper understanding of some of the difficult topics for me.

The one thing that surprised me was how easy it was to get the correct information. I could see what went wrong with my answers and how I could’ve made it better. I am realising the advantages of including Syntea to my exam prep routine. I am looking forward to getting better at taking help of Syntea as I go along. I am learning to learn better.?
