"Learning, on an individual and team-level, becomes fully embedded in the way we do things."
That's one of the examples of how we all want to work here at HEINEKEN.
I'll guess you will recognize from your own work life in Enterprise Mobility: Just some days ago we were in a situation where mobile app developers, Azure AD admins and others seem to be talking completely different languages, talking about stuff that is outside the skillset of the other end causing calls leading nowhere and customer not-so-happy.
Such moments, it is good to be able understand most of the technical basics myself - although I'm definitely not yet claiming to be an expert yet on mobile app development and modern authentication - , to have a view the overall business app- and supplier landscape and (most important) to know the people in the professional network that are the real gurus in the various expertise areas.
All leading to a just 60 minute online collaboration web meeting today, in which we had an iOS developer from M2Mobi, Azure AD admin from T-Systems SA and a hero from Microsoft that helped us all out, not just by 'fixing the config' but also taking the time to explain things to the audience so that next time we can go fast without bothering him again.
Although we all learned a lot today, this won't be the last time and I'm actually considering organising a workshop with app developers and Microsoft with the aim to make a step change in moving from the many apps using legacy auth into modern authentication.
Thanks a lot to Stephanie, Cherry-Mo, Marcus, Peggy and others for all making yourselves available on a short notice!
