I’m a huge believer that as people, and professionals, ultimately can thrive if we are in the right communities. When I state community, I’m referring to a location and situation where you are associating with others. For example, our workplaces are a community, and one where we spend a majority of our time with.

The community you spend your time in, plays a large part in what you will actually accomplish in your career, but more so in your life. Some communities will bring the best out of you, while others will unfortunately bring out your worst.

With this in mind, it’s important that we determine what type of community you need to be in, as well as the type of people you want to invest your time and be around, to ultimately thrive and accomplish the goals you set out for yourself, and for your family.
