The German language can be useful to catapult your career. And it is the second most important language in the STEM field apart from Englsih. One of the reasons for that is the quality of education and research. Research and development in Germany are highly advanced, and as a result, German is the main language for many international researchers and the opportunities are endless.

Is learning German difficult?

No!!

Believe it or not German is easier to learn by English speakers than any other language. While this might sound unconventional at first there’s a solid reason for it. English and German have the same roots. Some of the verbs are same and some are barrowed from English. English has evolved over time, but even today a lot of English words we use are almost the same in German. Even today 80 of the 100 most common words in English are Germanic in origin. Very Similar German and English Words are here. These German and English words are so similar that you probably do not need the translation; however, as they are spelt slightly, we have added them in the case of doubt.
