Following the core value of "Relentless Improvement", the global SPCTs have gather on day 1 to discuss how to evolve the framework and improve it. We have organized into 8 break-out teams to examine the current situation and explored options how to make it more practical, user friendly and meaningful, based on customer's feedbacks.
SPCTs are among the most highly regarded SAFe? experts in the world. SPCTs are the most sought-after SAFe Trainers, SAFe Trusted Advisors, and SAFe Transformation Architects among enterprises seeking to improve their methods of working in pursuit of Business Agility.
Voice of Customer Exchange
During Voice of Customer day, global large organizations have came together to provide feedbacks, share their challenges on some most recent SAFe development, especially on the subjects of:
a. how to better connect business value;
b. how to evolve tooling support by helping teams in their daily business;
c. how to improve effective of training by applying small batches
Furthermore, Lufthansa, UBS, Vodafone, AstraZeneca, Mercedes and more had lunch exchange over challenges during transformation.
