The answer to the question of "HOW",
Let's see what we learn.. (Scenario can be seen/compared with the following)
Stage A - Morning -As the sun rises, our shadow is taller/bigger,
Scenario 1) A fresher - A Fresher with fresh mind, new ideas, the"Josh" to excel/prove his/her ability is high. The person is extremely determined in how he/she can make a change and be noticeable (being recognizable)!
Scenario 2) Talent with few(1-3) years of experience - This phase is crucial as they need to adapt in being more stable, be open for learning/reading about new things/technologies.
Stage B - Afternoon - Where Sun is over your head and the shadow almost disappearing!
Scenario 1) Consistency would matter (keep trying again and again, regardless the number of failure attempt), an attitude or a will to not let go should be adapted.
Scenario 2) Do not refrain from critics or feedback, most importantly, trust yourself and do not fall a prey of 'short tenure'. Let the "E"go else, it may ruin you.
Stage C - Evening - Where the shadow is again bigger..
Scenario 1) Your ability to digest the failures and the dedication to stick towards your commitment would pave a great future.
Scenario 2) Patience would be the determining factor for the success..
Stage D - Night - No Shadow
Applicable for both scenarios - There is a new day waiting for you - dream, learn, implement, learn again, succeed.
A thought worth share!
