Learning from movie Pihu

We talk about motivation, we talk about how to get things done, we talk about taking risk and experimenting new things. Even if subject of this movie is different but it teaches us lessons about couple of things.

Taking risk and experimenting something new

Director of the movie is not a senior director, he comes from journalism background and directed only one movie before it. He had lots of hit subjects to make a movie but he chose a risky new subject: Story of a 2 year old girl.

Trust and confidence in your team

I can't imagine how some one can make a 2 years old girl perform acting on camera in a movie shooting setup! Director had confidence about it and he had achieved it. We in professional environment complain about our team members who are well educated, professionally qualified and they have interest to do the job for their earnings but we find it difficult to get the job done by our teams.

Motivation

How difficult it would have been for the director to motivate a 2 years old girl to perform and perform so well. Other than motivation what else would have helped him? It must be a great learning to know that motivation skill.
