What can you learn from previous failures so as to not repeat them? Better yet, what might you learn from others' mistakes so that you don't experience them at all?

I explored the latter question in last week's article, "7 Ways to Fail Big," building on Billion Dollar Lessons, a book that Paul Carroll and I wrote a few years ago.

If you have not had a chance to find the estimated 17 minutes needed to read that article, I made an animated adaptation that summarizes the message in two and a half minutes.
