Learning from a bruising defeat!

I watched Scotland crash out of the Euros on Sunday.

It didn't make pleasant viewing.? I could really empathise with the team in the post match interviews and the look on their faces when they landed back in Glasgow last night!?

Ouch - a sore one for sure.

No-one likes to lose.

As leaders we often face moments of setback.? If you're not failing now and again, you might even question whether you are stretching yourself .....?

Defeats, whether on an international stage with the world watching, or within your latest initiative, test your resolve and make you question your strategies.?

Think back to a recent challenge in your leadership journey—perhaps a project that didn't pan out as expected, a goal that seemed increasingly out of reach, or a decision that didn't deliver the desired outcome.?
