I've spent soooooo many years trying to be overtly masculine.
Like I wasn't really comfortable in who I was. I was afraid of being abandoned and bullied, if I showed who I was.
I have always had this nourishing feminine side in me. Being a coach has unleashed this side of me even more.
And there has been conflict in this - who I truly am, and who am I pretending to be.
Not anymore. Haha!
I'm working with this new therapist for 6 weeks now, and I'm learning how to step into my true self.
I have stopped making super ambitious plans and I'm leaning into this flow of life.
That's why I missed last Friday's newsletter, after maybe a year or so. Because I didn't feel the right energy to write that day.
This is tough, oh boy, so tough to let go these "I have to ..." rules I've created in my mind.
Nonetheless, we are here. Working on our healing. One day at a time.
