Adventurium Learning Expedition – c'est quoi et pour quel bénéfice ?

Le concept Adventurium éprouvé et approuvé : un groupe, un lieu, un temps.

Je vous propose de composer un groupe de Femmes et d’Hommes, de leurs faire vivre une expérience extra-ordinaire hors du temps, dans un lieu que nous choisissons ensemble, sur une durée de 1 à 7 jours.

Un dirigeant nous en parle :

My company - Rombach GmbH – produces metal parts for customers from many industries. We make approx. 3 Mio € turn-over and have 15 employees.

I booked the “Route du Soi” together with my managers as :

• an incentive for his excellent work,
• a trust building event for us both,
• and as an opportunity for our personal improvement.

From the organizational point of view, I just can say “excellent”. Stephane and Hossaine did think of everything and prepared a perfect basis to focus on ourselves. Every little wish was read from our eyes and fulfilled immediately.

The two Berbers (Sahid and Mohammed) were a perfect support team and Ibrahim – the guide – was much more than just that. He also was a very pleasant companion for any kind of deeper discussion and gave us a very deep insight in his culture and religion.

The concept of the “Route du Soi” is a very good one. The wildness, silence and appearance of the Djebel Saghro is a reduction down to zero. Nothing that disturbs the senses and at the same time some unknown stimulation of all those. This is the perfect basis to open heart and mind for all that is coming during this week of self-discovery.

My managers and me are people who believe to have emotional intellect but never tried something like that. Surprisingly, we came into it within a few hours and “inhaled” Stephane’s methods and reflections.

As a result, we found something in our minds and hearts which we knew but never touched. And to feel this “inside of us” was an experience that I cannot describe with words.

We returned with a very new view on ourselves and first understanding what the “seventh sense” can be. A starting point for much more from now on.
