Now that we are in the age of digital transformation, the majority of transactions and businesses are happening in the virtual realm. Resulting to this phenomenon, it has been a prerequisite for people to be digitally literate - even the basics - in order to easily adapt to the world around them. Digital literacy, including digital literacy in the workplace, is having the ability and knowledge to maximize the technological tools given to the best advantage. With that, developing your digital literacy skills and improving the workplace digital literacy are a must because most companies are looking for employees who have in-depth knowledge regarding digital literacy.

As time continues to evolve, the importance of digital to the future workforce can also be widely felt. It has become vital owing to the fact that the power of digital technologies can solve problems, produce information, access information, and many more. As business leaders, it is their responsibility to encourage digital literacy to their employees by identifying the 4 key elements of a digital literacy program. Most especially in this time of pandemic, ensuring that all workers are digitally literate pushes for an inclusive economic recovery and eradication of barriers to career mobility.

We live in a fast-paced world. Even in the modes of learning, there are changes that the workforce had to deal with.
