What is Emotional Intelligence?

Emotional Intelligence is the ability to identify our own emotions and those of others, and apply them to tasks, and regulate and manage them.

According to various studies performed across the world, individuals with high emotional intelligence work better with others and help foster an accepting culture.

1.?????Plumbing the Conscious & Unconscious mind :

Netaji used to say, “Freedom is not given …it is taken”.

Thus he worked on the conscious & also on the unconscious level of the mind making it believe that we need to earn our freedom as no one will give it as a gift to us. It prepared our mind & brain to earn our own freedom.

Daniel Goleman in his famous book on Emotional Intelligence says that, Emotions has 2 levels. Conscious & Unconscious. Emotional awareness of the things is the building block of Emotional Intelligence. The moment we are aware of it in our unconscious mind; That we need to Earn Freedom .. we create the path to achieve it .

The industry today also demand for leaders who have the ability to create the right?thought in their conscious as well as subconscious mind in order to achieve it.

  • The power of Optimism: Optimism means having a strong expectation that things will turn out all right in life.

This is essential to recognize our deepest feelings and what make us truly satisfied at work .Netaji stirred the deepest desire inside the people's heart, that is to earn freedom , by his straightforward passionate promise.
