2 个月Great read Reg! Totally agree that there needs to be a balance between learning and earning in a role. All too often people get comfortable and forget the importance of moving and seeking a new challenge. I'm a great believer in being comfortable with the uncomfortable for growth! In my area brand/PR/social I am lucky there are transferrable skills for working with different businesses, and across industries etc. and that fresh perspective is usually always welcome! Keep the articles coming, really interesting to hear your views!
