As I progressed in my data analysis journey, I encountered a challenge that many beginners face—learning "DAX" (Data Analysis Expressions) from scratch in Power BI.

My first step was understanding what DAX is and the principles behind it and to deepen my learning, I sought out quality video tutorials and resources online. Platforms like YouTube provided clear, hands-on explanations that made complex DAX functions easier to comprehend.

Then the practical application of what I've learned. By applying what I've learned into my Power BI dashboard, I could visualize and analyze data effectively. This practical application of DAX transformed my dashboard from a static report into a dynamic tool for strategic decision-making.

Learning DAX from the scratch was challenging yet a rewarding experience.
