Businesses / Teams must first understand the problems they aim to solve, ensuring that technology serves a meaningful purpose. Effective value creation lies in addressing real-world challenges, not just in implementing the latest digital advancements. An impactful digital transformation is one grounded in solving genuine customers issues.
