Today the world is changing and developing at a breakneck speed. In today's dynamic world, change only is constant. The most important thing is the attitude to learn. Not just this, we should know what to learn, unlearn and relearn to grow both in our career and in our personal life.
Learning, unlearning, and relearning is a cycle. Let us understand this cycle. We gain or acquire knowledge or skill by study or experience (learning), discard something learned (unlearning) and learn something again (relearning). One follows this process to grow.
Let us understand this -
Learning is acquiring new understanding, knowledge, behaviors, skills, values, attitudes, and preferences.?
Unlearning is the process of discarding something from your memory. It is to make an effort to forget your usual way of doing something so that you can learn a new and sometimes better way.?
Relearning is regaining or learning a skill or ability that has been partially or entirely lost. In simple terms, it is to learn something again.?
Most of us would have heard of learning, relearning but not unlearning. Unlearning, as a word, might be new but many of us practice this in our life – both at career and individual level.?
