"Degree-less & Result-Driven Senior?UI UX Designer" - This is my perfect description.
Recently I started to give mentorship on ADP List, and after serving my knowledge to 15+ people I found that everyone asked a common question that is "How to learn UI UX Design?", "What is the first step?", "From where I can Start?" Blaa!! Blaa!!Blaa!! So I write this blog today.
It's easy to master any skill, but we make it complex
What is a very complex thing that is developed by humans?
"Language" Right?
Every creature on earth has a language, but that is a very basic version, We humans thrive very complex model of language, So the question is "How do we learn that complex language in our childhood?" Think?
In childhood, we observe our parents and our surroundings person that how they speak, and we try to copy them, our mother tells us to say, "daddy!!" and we try to copy them. Do you know the basics of language? we don't know sentence making, even if we don't know verbs, tens, and all other aspects, Yet we master our mother Language. How is that possible?

3 simple steps to master any skill.
So, Learning any skill is very easy, but "so-called" Teacher or paid course make is very complex, but it's not hard as we perceive. There are only 3 steps to learning any skill.
Step 1: Observe.
Step 2: Try to Copy.
Step 3: Repeat until master?the skill.
This three-step helps you to get grip on any sill, What we all have to do is Observe industry-standard design, Observe only good or practical designs, not on Behance or dribbble, Because most of the design on "Deribble & Behance " is not practical, So Look and Observ every element of any live, industry Standed and Practical Design.
After that, Try to copy that design. after copying 200+ websites you all have to do "How can I improve" and try to improve, you don't need to read the theory or any definition of UI/UX Design, everything you can learn within this process.

1 年Thank you for the perspective. I've been caught up in the jargon and theory so much, it's been kind of overwhelming. This helps!
