Identify Who’s Hiring in Your Network (and your network’s network)

More than one-third of job seeking LinkedIn members in the U.S. said they reached out to someone in their network to discuss their career plans.* But it can be challenging to know who is hiring or who to reach out to for a referral.?

To help job seekers get their foot in the door, we’ll now show you who is hiring in your first and second degree network right now when you visit the LinkedIn Jobs tab. We’ll also notify you with jobs people in your network are hiring for, so you can be one of the first to apply.

From there, when you click on a job, you’ll also be able to see members of the hiring team within the job description. To increase your chances of standing out, click on any member of the hiring team, which will trigger a prompt with a suggested message so you can InMail them and learn more about the role.?
