I have attended hundreds of webinars in this lockdown. I am sure it has been the same with many of you. Now, the question arises whether attending these webinars have helped us in learning something new and were we able to fill the gaps that we discovered in personal areas or maybe in our business?
The webinars we attend should align in bridging the gaps that we identify, and if you have not yet defined your gaps, I urge you to start right away. Our focus should not only be on learning but also on the actions that we should take after learning from the webinars.
We must create an action plan as soon as we are done with a new webinar. An action plan not only helps us implement the learning but also systematically tackle the gaps.
Now, it's time to measure the outcomes.
How many of us measure our outcome after attending the webinars? Let me give you an example I attended Penjuns master class game-changers festival sometime back and made an intensive action plan, worked on the areas that the host mentioned. After incorporating those ideas in my business model, it was only through reflecting on my outcomes that I could get a sense of all the different avenues that had opened. Therefore, it is not only about identifying the gaps, implementing an action plan but also about reflecting at the outcomes from the webinars. Put what in the comment section what is your approach to learning as well as identifying gaps? Did you reflect on your outcomes? I would be keen to know. Let's do crowdsourcing of learning.
