IYAA, inspiring young African Aviators, a company that is addressing challenges in aviation human capital development and infrastructure development through innovative services. The company continues to focus on addressing challenges that young aviators and aviators in general face in career development, with the goal of developing sustainable skills development system that look at talent identification, mentorship, international career development and career finance through budgeting.

Talent identification plays a key role in the development of aviation industry's future workforce, the need for aviation literacy in private and public schools is needed and should be encouraged, identifying the youths interested in careers in aviation and providing them with the needed support in career development is our goal. Through our works, leveraging on technology, we are proud to have the first digital aviation mentorship program called the NEXT GENERATION OF AVIATION PROFESSIONALS. The mentorship program runs for 8 months each year, in which young people across Africa are welcome to apply in the careers of their interest and online receive lessons for free. The mentorship program is proud to have acquired over 70 mentees in the first two months of operations, with mentees from different African countries which include, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Nigeria and Zambia. The program set target this year is 1,000 learners.

Through IYAA's operations on bridging talent identification across continents, through the company's partnership with the United Arab emirates, IYAA is now bridging the gap on how young African's can kick start their careers in the world's leading tourism, business and aviation investment center. Providing opportunities for the future workforce to explore and develop careers in the united Arab Emirates (UAE). Careers in Aircraft Maintenance engineering, EASA license, Airport management and cabin crew are available with job on training opportunities to young people interested in growing their careers in the UAE.

Financing careers in aviation, aviation can be and is an expensive industry, financing a career in aviation requires large capital, the financial challenge is felt at entry level for junior aviators. Getting the basic qualification in aviation is not the finally stage of your career, that's the start of a career that calls for constantly invest in your training, to better position yourself and improve on your performance contribution. A balance of qualification certification and experience is key for your successful progression in the sector. The need for aviators to develop a sustainable system that will ensure that they can continuously invest in their training is needed. The IYAA budget was designed to address this challenge, developing a sustainable personal career financing system for aviators, ensuring that there's a balance of experience and certification.
