In 2008 our leadership program Learn to Lead was designed to help our young leaders at TüV SüD to embrace their new role and get familiar with leadership.
Since then the program has made an impressing way: More than 120 young leaders are passing through this program each year, That’s really amazing!?
But not only the numbers of participants have grown over the years, also the program itself grew and got better and better throughout the years.?
In 2024 finally a new era started: We relaunched the program with a lot of new and modern content and a new trainercrew, In September the pilot group finished the program with a fulminant closing. The highlight at the end was ?a fireside chat with our TüV SüD CEO Dr. Johannes Bussmann.
The outcome? Happy participants that inhaled the spirit of a new leadership cutture at TüV SüD and are prepared to face and thrive the future,

You did a great job and made also me as project lead personally happy and grateful.

1 个月Liebe Angela, es war eine Freude die Pilotgruppe zu begleiten. Die Teilnehmenden waren motiviert und habe sich zu 100 % eingebracht. Die Offenheit der Teilnehmenden über die Führungsheruasforderungen zu sprechen, hat das Programm so erfolgreich gemacht. Es war eine wunderbare Reise mit euch, danke. 1 个月Dr. Angela Sendlinger as a former participant of the "old" era, I can only emphasize the importance and added value of this particular program! I hope for the future that it will become more international and soon it will also reach other regions outside of Germany! Alexandra Tóth :)
