Emotional wellness is a hot topic right now.

Rightly so. We’ve experienced tremendous pain, suffering, and violence in the last few years and more and more people than ever are stressed, exhausted, and barely surviving the day-to-day challenges of life.

Over the next 4 weeks, I will be writing 7 Evergreen Articles focused on the top questions that busy professionals ask me about emotional wellness.

I am putting this content together because busy people have lots of questions but who has time to research stress management and figure out HOW to manage their stress to stay healthy, right? Truthfully, there are many ways to manage stress effectively but they’re not all extremely effective for everyone. You’ve seen people who work out a LOT but still suffer from anxiety, right? Finding the right blend of tools for YOU is what will help YOU most.

Throughout these 7 articles, I’ll share answers to the most commonly asked questions people have when they hear the phrases, “stress management’ or “emotional wellness”. In particular, I’ll highlight many of the questions I get when I educate people about the tool, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) or Tapping. EFT is a tool that combines acupressure with psychology and helps process emotions, trauma, beliefs, and pain on a subconscious level.
