Learn How this Mid-Westerner Raised $3 Billion -Rielle's Events Podcast

Learn How a Mid-Westerner Raised $3 Billion

In Rielle’s Events Podcast season 1 episode 1: Hiring Consultants, podcast host Rielle Jones explores when and why nonprofits should hire consultants. She speaks to one of The Mid-West’s most distinguished fundraisers, David Ripple of the Remington Group in Beverly Hills, MI. In David’s impressive 20+ year fundraising career, one of his most note-worth accomplishments is leading his Ohio State University development team to raising $3 Billion.  Find out how, in Hiring Consultants.

Often nonprofit professionals enter an “indecisive paralysis”--knowing the benefits to hiring consultants, yet deciding not to. During the first half of Hiring Consultants, Rielle dives into the reasons nonprofits opt out of hiring consultants unlike their corporate counterparts. Furthermore, she explores more powerful reasons that can help nonprofit leaders shift from indecisive paralysis to moving forward with hiring the help they need.

David Ripple joins Rielle on this episode, discussing his philanthropic development journey and the lessons or “Ripple-isms” that he has learned along the way. For instance, “collaboration breeds opportunity for success”. Discover other Ripple-isms and David’s start to volunteering with Rielle.
