Our Customer is retail food outlet chain where they have multiple outlets across London and Edinburgh. They had a challenge that their each store's Sales and Customer Feedback data has different source and format as they use different systems to get the customer feedback and POS systems.
Their real problem lies with the unified collection of this data at a single repository and process this data so they can analyze their hourly/daily Sales and understand the Feedback of their customers so they can improve their Sales and do Marketing with new product launches. In this Industry, the hourly sales and customer feedback data can help them to understand the behavior of their users and enhance their sales and product improvements therefore improve the customer experience.
How Dynaverse Team have identified and achieved the Customer Satisfaction?

In order to get the unified data, our team used Power Platform tools and Microsoft SharePoint to collect and format the data which is coming from different medium and format so it can be processed and mined effectively. Microsoft Power Automate and AI Builder are such powerful tools if used with experience it can nurture the data in any way. Dynaverse Team did the awesome job as a first step to store the data at a single place separating the Sales and Feedback data automatically on hourly basis as soon as the outlet store sends the data. This implementation required a no-change process on their business.

The next step was to process this data and analyze and represent it in front of Customer so they can visualize this information and take business decisions based on the hourly/daily sales of their each outlet store and which age group of customers loves their products so they can improve and increase their customer satisfaction by taking necessary steps.
Dynaverse Team implemented and built beautiful Dashboards and Charts using Power BI for their Sales and Feedback data for each outlet store based on the hourly sales, sales by product, sales by age-groups, customer feedback charts by product experience, store experience. These Dashboards and Charts are real-time updated as soon as the new data is automatically arrived and processed. This helped a lot as Customer can analyze their Sales and Feedback in real time data analytics.
