As someone who has spent years in the production department of the VFX industry, I’ve encountered numerous challenges and made several mistakes. Each of these experiences has taught me valuable lessons that I believe can help others avoid similar pitfalls. Here are the key takeaways from my journey in VFX production.

1. Streamline Communication

Effective communication is critical in VFX production. Early on, I failed to establish clear communication channels, which led to misunderstandings and delays.
