It's not always necessary that only you are always right. People in front of you also carry some experience, may be you can't accept that but at least listen to them. Elder people defiantly carry much more experience but it is not always possible that younger ones are wrong. We should at least always give a chance to speak and never feel shy to learn from juniors as well.
We should always try to put ourselves in others shoe to understand what they feel.
