LEARN FROM THE ANTS

In some ways, I've always admired ants. They're exceptionally strong, hard-working, and collaborate well together. They're like the perfect workers.

But ants determine where to go through pheromone tracks, which are like scent trails.

so, if they ever lose that track, they just start following each other, resulting in an endless circle called an ant mill until they all eventually die from exhaustion.

I can't tell you how many times this seemed to be happening at work because management would never stop and say, "let's not waste any effort until we have a clear direction."
