I strongly believe that truly loving yourself, is the foundation of leading a happy life.
You can have all the money, success & wealth in the world, but if you do not love who you are, all of that means nothing and to love yourself starts with feeling better about yourself, about who you are and that means the way you look and the way you feel.
How can you feel better about yourself if not by building a desirable identity based on your strongest values and aligned with what you want for yourself and how you want to live for the rest of your life.
Anyway, everything starts with the desire to do better, to feel better and to face everything that creates psychological discomfort, anything that puts you in difficulty. Most people ignore that and this is where the personal chaos starts.
I admire children because they have so much confidence & love for themselves, and that is how they are meant to be, but as they grow older, other peoples beliefs get foist into them, by society & social media influences & unfortunately, most people start to form limiting beliefs about themselves, which then makes them behave differently, which then creates different results.
I have noticed from researching about evolution, personal development, people behaviour, from clients I work with, I noticed that there are some common patterns in happy and successful people I like to share hoping you will take note and lead yourself into a better lifestyle.
1. Accept yourself for who you are. The sooner you accept yourself, with flaws and imperfections, the more you will raise your vibration, the more you will understand yourself the easier to understand others, so the easier to connect and also to feel more positive about your life in general.
2. Being happy comes down to being mindful as where you direct your thoughts. Your thoughts directs your life.
What are you thinking about the most is what you will attract or create in your life.
Is what you focus on that will magnify, all you have to do is to select your thoughts and your thoughts will influence your next steps.
3. Exercise. Get active. Virtually any form of physical activity can act as a stress reliever.
There is just so much science behind the benefits of exercise and number1 is that is a stress reliever. Even if you're not athletic or you're out of shape, exercise can still be a good stress reliever. Physical activity can pump up your endorphins and other natural neural chemicals that enhance your sense of well-being. You exercise, you feel good.

4. Your tribe inspires your vibe, and your vibe impacts your life. Who you spend time with, is who you eventually become. Unfortunately, a vast majority of people will rather spend time around people at their happiness level or even below. How many time we see people who hate to be around people who are happy and positive for apparently no reasons.
People think that if they hang around people who are in the similar vibrational mode or people who are less happy, that will make them look better & is more easier for anyone stay in that self pleasing state.
Is more tempting to feel immediately good about yourself rather than to wish to actually be better, and when you are with people who are doing better than you, that is going to make you feel less accomplished but in fact is supposed to be a great motivator and a benchmark for growth.
If this sounds familiar, look up for a challenging and uplifting people, for role models, consider working with a coach and be more selective whom you spend time with.
Choosing your tribe, choosing your friends matters more than you think.
5. Give more than you expect to receive. It's natural to focus on yourself but when you focus on how you can help others, your entire mindset will shift. It feels good to give & to be nice. No matter how bad you have it, if you have a roof ?? over your head, you are luckier than a vast majority. When you become aware of how much you have already comparing to many out there, it is very difficult to be unhappy. I don’t mean here aim for less or be happy with little but it is important to be grateful for what you already have in order to create more.
6. Be as present as you possibly can, be mindful about everything and be thoughtful. A lot of unhappiness comes from living in the past or worrying about the future, and that triggers anxiety. Life is a gift, if you take advantage of even the tinniest positive aspect of your life you will multiply and if you keep your eyes on the prize you are building positivity and you actually stay motivated.
7. Don’t play the game of comparison, every human being is unique and every human being leads a completely different path than yours and every human being has his own struggles you know nothing about.
8. These days plenty information out there are irrelevant in our personal journey. Knowing what to ignore saves you time, helps you focus on the relevant factors, reduces stress, and improves your decision making.
Your choice: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret.
