Hi Friends!
I hope you’re having a great day! I have a quick question for you: Did you ever hear of the term “growth mindset?” It’s the new way of looking at intelligence and behavior, (two things that interest me the most!).
Back in the day, when we were kids, experts used to think that we all had a “fixed mindset”, which means that the strict curriculum we were taught in school(not always fun, as I recall.), along with a rigid way of thinking, were responsible for our how we are behaving, right now.
If you’re like most people, this way of thinking is sure to make you feel a little anxious, maybe even apprehensive. Our thoughts about “perseverance being the key to success” (which is inaccurate), or being rejected in relationships or even about procrastination, work ethics, and our inability to step out of our “comfort zone” are just a few of the reasons why most people aren’t able to achieve all their goals and accomplish their dreams.
Believe me, you can do way more than you think you can, you just need to understand how you can do this. No worries! I can help!
After I lost my hair, 31 years ago, to alopecia universalis, my entire way of thinking changed. I knew that I had two choices; to laugh or cry, and I picked laughter, because it causes less wrinkles. I decided that I needed to learn I could about the brain and the whole “mind control thing.” After all, I do look like Dr. Charles Xavier from X MEN with my chrome dome, right? Lol. (I secretly wish that I really could move things with my mind!) :)
Maybe some day we will learn to access that part of our brain. However, I did learn how to access my inner child and areas of my brain where my creativity are hiding out.
Yes, this is entirely possible!
By doing this, I was able to write 3 best-selling books (in two of them, I use my bald cats as the stars to help inspire children to accept differences, the other is said to be “life’s instruction manual.”
I also invented an award-winning product and grabbed one of the top spots on ABC’S American Inventor TV Show, working with thee walk of fame recipient, Mr. Simon Cowell, for 16 weeks. I’ve also worked as a celebrated radio host with Ripley’s Believe It Or Not Radio, became black belt in Taekwondo, earned my Master’s and Ph.D abd in behavioral psychology, Won the Enterprising Woman of The Year award and run the million dollar Headline It! Company, have been featured on ABC, NBC, FOX, CBS, Entrepreneur, Forbes, M Magazine, front over of Neighbors Magazine, Discover WI feature, Lifetime TV’s Health corner feature, Montel Williams Show and too many others to mention.
I did all of this as a SINGLE MOM!
My daughter Jess just graduated cum laude, Dean’s list pre-med (biochemistry/psychology) and won a FULL SCHOLARSHIP to graduate school working towards her Ph.D. She doesn’t curse, drink, smoke, do drugs and abstains from sex. Jess is my 22 year case study proving that my strategies of helping her build her self-confidence work! She is a leader of her generation and speaks about controversial topics to show her generation that there are different ways to live and obtain happiness. Jess and I started the Jodi & Jess Show, A MAD (Mom And Daughter) podcast to allow people to grow and understand that “if we can do it and our amazing guests can do it, so can You!” www.jodijess.com/podcast
I have a few questions to ask you: “Do you currently have the right mindset for growth and success in your life?
Are you doing what you love doing?
Do you know what you need to focus on, right now, in your personal life?
How about your professional life?”
If you're not happy with the way things are going, no worries! I am here to help you out.

I want you to help you understand how all of this works, ok?
“Did you know that we only use 5% of our conscious mind to make decision and 95% of our unconscious mind?”
Isn’t that amazing, it’s like the “elephant and flea analogy.”
The elephant is the part of our mind that we aren’t controlling (sub/unconscious mind) and the flea is the part that we are controlling(conscious mind).
It’s amazing that we only control such a small percentage of our brains, right?
This is part of why I got into this field of study, it’s fascinating how our brain works, right?
That being said, did you know that you can learn to prime your brain, to prepare it for success?
What does that mean?
If you understand how to help your mind access your elephant brain, you can learn to do so much more in life. This isn’t as hard as you think it may be. It’s actually really simple, if you have all the pieces put together in an action process, which I have done for you, in our MASTER IT ALL program.
When you learn to have the right 1. Mindset 2. Skillset and have 3.An Actionable plan, you can position yourself at the center of your dreams and goals.
It just takes a little understanding of how to access that elephant brain.
Your creativity and imagination are housed within this elephant state or your subconscious mind. I have become an expert at accessing this part of my mind and am teaching others how to do this, as well.
Imagine if you could write a book, or invent a product, maybe start a new thriving business or raise an amazing child into a successful adult. I did all of things and YOU CAN TOO!
Stay tuned for my next post about “Unleashing Your Imagination” coming soon!
