Learn to Code in December
I saw the above image yesterday on Twitter. It shows you how a particular street in Dubai has been transformed in 35 years.
Sadly in Nigeria, things never get better. When we look back at this year, we will realise that we spent the year discussing:
- Elections
- Election Tribunals
- Big Brother
- RUGA
- Rice
- Border Closure
- Social Media Bill
With 30 days to Christmas, I have decided to use the time left to teach those who are willing to learn how to code for free.
Why am I qualified to teach?
From April 2017 to November 2018, I spent that time working as the CodeLagos Facilitator Lead.
By the time the project would end, I had 74 Facilitators working under me.
We would go on to teach over 50,000 people how to code.
Today, I am off the project and back to programming. I was on Twitter when someone expressed the desire to learn how to code and I responded.
The number of responses I got convinced me that I should help out anyway I can.
So if you want to learn how to code in December, join the "Learn to Code in December" group on Telegram.
