Learn not to carry any emotions which is not needed.
What people say to you or others you do not have any control or right to change that but how you react to that is your own hand.
Emotions which disturb us makes us less grounded or small we do not need to stay with that longer. It not only stresses us but it makes us bitter person too.
We need to understand we cannot change anyone perception or behaviour but we can sure change ourselves by letting go, fewer expectations, our own reactions towards any situations.
We always have to remember it's in your hand to feel abundant, beautiful, big and worth so why would you trade that feeling of unworthy, small.
There are few ways to shake that off from your body, mind and heart.
1-Write it down. If its still there write a letter to the person you do not need to post write and burn it afterwards.
2-Dance to music or engage in any physical movement try to shake that off.
3-Say things loudly in front of mirror make it more dramatic and feel the difference it makes to your body and whole being and slowly moves to your body leaving that thought out.
4- Talk to someone who cannot judge you but can just listen to you in silence.
5- If its deep go for help.
6- Colour, paint any creative work is great.
7- Walk in nature and notice we make life small and miserable by our thoughts and expectations let it go.
8- We are conditioned to react and feel small by talks and other perceptions, it's time to forget those and move.
It is not easy but with noticing, reflecting and making small changes inside us it is possible. You do not need to forgive anyone here first you need to learn how you can change your own reactions towards it.
When we change feel beautiful and belonged, forgiveness flows inside us.
