If you ask these vendors how the data can be leveraged in concert, there is a collective shrug of the shoulders – i.e. not our problem!

1 年Good post as it nicely explains and delineates the future role of GenAI. Most of the data contained in your example is essential. Metrics are key because they provide the evidence and audit trail to make key decisions with. But if you can't realistically bring these data points together into a decision narrative it all goes to waste. GenAI's real power is in providing this narrative and potentially replacing the conventional UX of vendors. Food for thought for us vendors!
