Lean Living
Mark once tried minimalism and ended up with only a mattress and a frying pan. He called it efficiency.
But the essence of a lean lifestyle isn’t about owning just one spoon or wearing the same shirt every day. It’s about eliminating excess so that life feels lighter.
Less debt? More freedom. Fewer distractions? More focus. Less junk food? Okay, let’s not go that far.
Eventually, Mark upgraded to a bowl, realizing that lean living isn’t about suffering; it’s about optimizing. The goal? Creating more space for joy and less for excess.
Except when it comes to pizza. Pizza stays.
