Other Tidbits from this past week:

We've resurrected our weekly Lean Change tips ! New tips are published every Tuesday and Thursday, and since our collective attention span is shrinking, they're nice and short!

Change Agents are Problem Solvers. We usually don't like to promote things in this digest, but this is just too good of an opportunity. PSL (Problem Solving Leadership) is back with Don Gray and Esther Derby . We're coming up on the 10th anniversary of when I attended this and not a day goes by where an 'aha!' moment doesn't bubble up to the surface. If you're looking for an experience where a bunch of talking head experts will fill you with great ideas over PowerPoint, look elsewhere. If you want an experience that'll push your boundaries of thinking, this is for you.

That's it for now! It's hard to believe it's almost February already, so it's time I go and enjoy the -20C day that is slowing emerging over the horizon.

Regards,

Jason.
