The lean canvas is a very powerful tool that enables and provides one page summary for the task force or team in action. It can also help during the sprint meetings with quick updates. The canvas helps in shaping a business plan based on what's available and the assumptions for better analysis. The lean canvas was drafted by Ash Maurya as an adaption from alexander Osterwalder's business model canvas which helps in raising key questions and as a result formulating a business model with alignment of team specially when things are changing rapidly.

Its iterative nature encourages continuous refinement and adaptation, making it an essential component of modern startup strategy. Ultimately, the Lean Canvas not only streamlines the development process but also enhances the ability to pivot and adapt in response to real-world feedback, significantly increasing the chances of building a successful and sustainable business.
