Bernd typically does some Flight Route simulations with his customers to better understand their intended way of collaboration and interactions. Derived from these Flight Route simulations he has developed a way to prototype the coordination boards of teams within 15 mins.

In this talk Henriette looked into the impact of structures on us because of how our brain is processing the information at the one hand and how we can utilise that for our work with people, teams or organisations. It is all about different patterns, what they trigger and how we can use that.
