Required: synchronization between the two flip-flops in the figure below.

Both of the flip-flops have these specifications:

Tsetup=2nsns

Tcd= Tpd =1ns

Thold=4nsns

The circuit logic has this specification: Tpd =Tcd = 2ns

In the store, there are only Delaly-Lines longer than 10ns (11ns 12ns and so on)
