Implantation of a leadless pacemaker via the right internal jugulary vein offers an alternative approach with many advantages! Easy, straight access to the heart, better angle towards the interventricular septum, short procedure time and high comfort for the patient during as well as after the procedure - they immediatly can sit up! Kudos to Shmaila Saleem-Talib and Hemanth Ramanna from Haga Teaching Hospital in the Netherlands to help und support as in the early phase of this journey.
