In modern life we tend to be experts in what we do, the places we go and the things we enjoy – but how much expertise do we have in ourselves?
Matt Elliot ?is a former professional?rugby league ?player, head coach in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the USA National Team. He is the owner and founder of?The Change Room, a well-being business and has authored a book by the same name. His ‘superpower’ is his ability to process knowledge and turn difficult concepts into simple language. This provides tools for people to create habits in their life that resonate with them, so they can become experts in themselves.
After spending years in changing rooms – a place of transformation – Matt understands you can’t get better without changing so, he has made it his life purpose to help people. “We’re all living life, so why not find a better way of doing it?” he says.
