We are thrilled to announce the launch of WECAN's groundbreaking new programming: the 'Career AcceleratHER' program, This innovative initiative is specifically tailored for director-level women, aiming to equip them with the necessary skills to excel in leadership roles. The pilot program is scheduled to kick-off September 2023 with 90-minute sessions held every six weeks.?

This comprehensive program covers a wide range of essential skills, including executive presence, imposter syndrome, securing P&L responsibilities, negotiation skills, and other crucial soft skills.?

Participants will also have the opportunity to join quarterly cohorts, a safe space for women to be transparent, accountable and receive guidance from executive trailblazers in the tech industry.
