Leading Well as We Seek God’s Will
C12 Central Florida
Equipping Christian CEOs and owners to build great businesses for a greater purpose.
Opening Reflection
As CEOs and business leaders, we often feel the weight of responsibility—balancing strategic decisions, financial pressures, and the ever-growing demands of leadership. It’s easy to slip into a lonely, hurried existence, trying to carry it all alone. But God never intended for us to lead in isolation.
Proverbs 27:17 reminds us, “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” True leadership isn’t about going it alone; it’s about seeking God’s will and surrounding ourselves with wise counsel. At C12, we provide a Christ-centered peer community where business leaders challenge, encourage, and equip each other to lead with excellence, integrity, and purpose.
What if 2025 was the year you stepped into greater clarity, accountability, and impact—both in business and in life?
Insights on Situational Leadership: Unlocking Your Team’s Full Potential
Great leadership isn’t about applying the same approach to every employee—it’s about discerning what each individual needs to grow and succeed. Recognizing?each team member's development stage allows?you to apply the right leadership approach to unlock their full potential. This model helps you avoid micromanagement and ensures employees are neither left struggling nor held back when they’re ready for more responsibility.
At C12 Business Forums, we don’t just discuss leadership principles—we help you implement them. You’ll gain the insight and accountability needed to lead your team with excellence and purpose through peer advisory groups, real-world case studies, and biblical wisdom.

Success Story: A CEO’s Journey to Kingdom Impact
As businesses grow, concentrating leadership accountability in a single person or small group becomes unsustainable. To scale effectively, leaders must prioritize executive talent development—ensuring high-potential employees are equipped to manage today’s challenges while preparing for tomorrow’s opportunities.
For C12 member Bob, this reality became clear as his business expanded. In the early years, he managed every employee personally, a model that quickly became unsustainable. He knew that long-term success required strong, capable leaders beyond themselves.
Recognizing the need to develop future executives, he began?intentionally investing?in two high-potential employees. They grew from?entry-level employees to executive team members. Today, they are not only leading the company's continued success but also?mentoring and investing in the next generation of leaders?within the organization.
Their journey is a testament to the power of leadership development. By equipping rising leaders with the right tools, guidance, and faith-based wisdom, businesses can create a thriving, scalable, and mission-driven future.

Closing Reflection: Stand Firm, Listen Well, Lead Faithfully
To the weary CEO—the one feeling stretched thin, burdened by decisions, and unsure of what’s next—you are not alone. Leadership is heavy, and the path forward is not always clear. But take heart: God has not called you to walk this journey alone.
The prophet Habakkuk was desperate to hear from God in a time of uncertainty, so he positioned himself as a watchman—vigilant, expectant, and ready to receive divine direction. “I will stand at my watch and station myself on the ramparts; I will look to see what He will say to me” (Habakkuk 2:1).
Like Habakkuk, we, too, must intentionally seek God’s voice in our leadership. We must stand firm in our faith, listen carefully for His wisdom, and respond faithfully in obedience. We will experience clarity, strength, and a renewed sense of purpose when we do.
If you’re feeling isolated or overwhelmed, know this: God sees you. He is guiding you. And He has placed you in this position for a reason. Surround yourself with wise counsel. Seek His will in every decision. Trust that He is working, even in the waiting.
You don’t have to lead alone. Let’s step into 2025 with boldness, faith, and the confidence that God is leading the way.
Press on. Stand firm. Listen well. And lead faithfully.
