Leading Through Change: The role of gender equity in global leadership

It’s not just your imagination or pop culture – that feeling of everything, everywhere, coming at us all at once. We’re feeling it collectively, and in real life: The pandemic and global health. Climate change. War and political unrest. Energy. Cost of living. Food insecurity. The world is in crisis; a polycrisis, actually.?

Before the pandemic, life expectancy was declining sharply, even in the most prosperous nations. The full toll of the Covid crisis is still being realized as the world grapples to hit the “reset” button.?

But there are bright spots. Success stories can be found among those who take an integrated, inclusive approach. Just one example? New global research shows that greater gender equality means a longer life for both men and women.?

Unlocking Eve was founded and built on the insight that the world needs a new model of integrated, balanced leadership to become the norm, and has been partnering with and building a community of like-minded movement leaders across the globe to focus on positive models, positive examples and positive action.?

It's time to rebuild, it's time to innovate, it's time for transformational change.
