In speaking with many executive clients over the past year, a common refrain has been, "How do I inspire and reinvigorate my Team?" I tell them that now is the time to harness the benefits of facilitating an effective Team Off-Site meeting. Leading a well-structured Team Off-Site provides your Team with a much-needed break from the daily routine and a forum to generate new ideas to inspire them to reach their personal and Team goals. When delivered effectively, Team Off-Site meetings offer a high return on investment by enhancing collaboration, boosting morale, and improving Team productivity.?
