I am completely energized by a looooong conversation with my two BFFs / clients! So here is the idea for today!

Leading Scaling Agility needs your Authentic Voice: Tell your Story again and again!

Let me share my favorite story about leaders telling their story:

More than a decade ago an amazing leader kicked off his organization's internal change agent training program by telling his story! I still remember the energy in the room like it was yesterday - "electricity"! I am sure everyone else in the room remembers the impact and energy of that moment.

Your words are long gone and yet the taste of your story lingers.

After that, the entire group of leaders and change agents drew (yes! they drew) and told us their stories! The room was a museum of drawings and the walls were covered in flip charts and stories! That day was magical for all of us.

Telling your story in your authentic voice is essential. It's what we need from all of you and it's what you need. If you can do it, we can do it.

Most importantly, this is the Human Intelligence that is waiting to emerge from all of us. I am a big fan of Artificial Intelligence (as you all know by now) and AI cannot do this (atleast, as of now!).

That's why I advocate an approach based on Human and Artificial Intelligece based on the context of the organization and the risk-return profile of the challenge.
