Leading rejig of a global multinational in India

While one is used to working on critical senior positions for a firm over period of time , last year we got the opportunity to work with the global brand in real estate to bring in multiple?leaders of the management team .

The firm while a global name did not have a great experience in India owing to its past legacy issues. They wanted some one who they could trust and represent them completely.

The way the firm operated culturally in its HQ vis-à-vis India was different. Therefore, the need to bring the right people based on cultural and behavioral competencies was even more needed. Here our unique methodology of a 2 consultant evaluation which gives a 360Degree view of ?the person, became vital.

The best part of doing this was one had to get this executed without anyone in India being aware of it, and our ability to handle confidentiality was tested with positive impact.

Over 3 to 4 ?months some of the most talented individuals were met resulting ?in CEO/CHRO/CSO and the Legal Counsel joining. Each of them was handpicked to do the role and while the proof of the pudding is in its execution this could change the face of real estate in India if done properly. ?While each of our assignments makes a difference, this project would have a specific and greater impact
