Every July,?Zoetis comes alive with the spirit of Purpose Month.?It's a time to celebrate our collective impact on animal health and renew our commitment to making a difference.

Looking back on my career,?it's clear the path wasn't always linear.?But along the way,?I've grasped opportunities,?learned valuable lessons,?and discovered something profound:?purpose is personal and the pathway to true fulfillment.

Zoetis operates at the intersection of animal health and human well-being. While our focus may appear specialized and niche, it’s undeniably critical to the broader ecosystem. With the global population expected to to grow to about 10 billion by 2050, the demand for safe, sustainable animal protein is rising. This pressing need, combined with my own childhood experiences of food insecurity, has ignited my passion for addressing this global challenge. Moreover, research has demonstrated the profound impact of the human animal bond on overall health. By supporting healthy animals, we contribute to healthier communities.
