A couple of additional thoughts: - according to the Edelman 2024 Trust Survey, businesses continue to lead the way significantly (over government) with regards to ethics and confidence; this highlights the importance of corporate leadership and the need to shift to more ethical, inspiring, and sustainably productive leadership i.e. Servant Leadership. - it strikes me that at the heart of Servant Leadership is 'the giving away of power' i.e. using the privilege of leadership position to empower others.
