3 个月I think it's also important to show that "transformation" (especially digital) is likely less of a "start point" and "end point" project. And more of a culture shift so that your new abilities create new projects, ongoing value, etc. If you stay focused initially and show good execution, future projects become valuable backlog, instead of just "scope creep" from the initial transformation project.
