What is it to lead in possibility?

I was recently asked this question. It is a big question, and it set me to reflecting and pondering on a space I am familiar with, and yet have so much more to attain.

I have many thoughts and ideas. To lead in possibility is so many things. It is personal and profound. It is leadership in action. It is creating the future. It is making decisions and taking action. When faced with significant change and challenges, it is continuing to be a leader. It is leaving things better than you found them. It is always learning.?It is options and opportunity. It is a being of leadership.

If you are not sure what it is to lead in possibility, then here are a few questions to get you started, or help you continue, on your journey of leading possibility.

Find a few quiet minutes and sit with these questions. Come back and revisit them.

21. What could change?

22. How do I inspire?

23. How do I Influence?

24. What is my legacy?
